Steampunk meets saloon burlesque in this two-skirt ensemble. Two skirts: one full lace underlay with stretchy elastic band goes underneath a full-length split-front skirt embellished with lace and a leatherette adjustable belt with metal buckle and snaps.
The top waist section is lined with leatherette and fastened with 3 buttons that allow for adjustment. Material pattern is a red and black brocade style with black lace topping. Bottom trim is gathered in back to give it that Victorian bunched look.
A real pocket wallet attached to the skirt closes with a metal buckle to keep your goodies safe and allows you to be "hands free".
