All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.

Yes. Every order comes with a tracking number.

• You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
  
• You can track it directly through the courier’s website for the most up-to-date information.

• We have weekly shipping cycles from many of our suppliers.
• As soon as orders arrive at our Brisbane warehouse, Australian parcels are shipped with Express Post and international orders are shipped with standard tracked international shipping.

If your order includes both standard and custom-made items, standard items will usually ship first, while custom-made items are shipped separately once production is completed.

• Standard orders are shipped with Australia Post.
• Australia: Australia Post Standard and Express services.
• International: Australia Post International, which is handed over to your country’s local postal service for final delivery.
• Custom-made orders are usually shipped with DHL Express.

Lost parcels are rare, but if it happens, we’ll make sure you’re covered.

• First, we lodge an investigation with Australia Post.
• If your package is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund for you.
• You’re never left out of pocket — we take full responsibility once your order leaves our warehouse.

• They are usually very accurate, but please note they are estimates, not guarantees.
• Factors like customs clearance, busy seasons, or courier delays can sometimes extend delivery.
• We’d rather give you a realistic timeframe than over-promise.

Yes — we keep it straightforward.

• You’ll find our Return Form at the bottom of the Returns Page — just fill it out and include it with your return.
  
• After we receive your request, we’ll contact you within 24 hours with the next steps.
  
• Customers are responsible for sending items back (unless the item is faulty).
  
• Once your return arrives at our Brisbane warehouse, we’ll process it and send your replacement item or refund with no extra fees or charges.
  
  

We understand urgent orders, but we can’t speed up our standard process.

We always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, however standard order handling time is usually 4–6 business days and custom-made orders strictly require 3–4 weeks preparation time.

• Custom-made orders can sometimes be changed or cancelled shortly after ordering, depending on the production stage.
• Because these items are specially made for each order, they are expensive for us to produce as a small business.
• Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
  

Please only place a custom-made order if you are confident about the style, size and delivery timeframe.

• We cover tariff and import costs for standard orders shipped to the USA.
• Custom-made orders shipped with DHL Express may still be subject to import duties, tariffs or customs fees depending on the order value and current US import regulations.
• Any customs charges for DHL shipments are determined by US Customs and are outside our control.

Yes — in most cases. Import duties and VAT are set by your country’s customs office and are not included in our prices.

• Europe & UK: Orders may be charged VAT and customs duties on arrival. Since Brexit, UK shipments are subject to the same import rules as the EU.
  
• Canada: Orders may incur GST/HST and customs clearance fees collected by Canada Post.
  
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected before your package is delivered.
