Delivery Information

We have two types of delivery for the items in our store: 

IN STOCK PRODUCTS 

These items are immediately available from our Brisbane, Australia-based warehouse and are ready for same-day or next-day dispatch.

• Standard postage (Australia): 3-6 business days 
• Express postage (Australia): 1-2 business days 
• Standard international shipping: 7-14 business days
• Express international shipping: 4-8 business days 

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

Pre-order products are items that require a preparation period before shipping. Once your pre-order is ready (approximately 5 days), it will be shipped separately from any in-stock items.

• Within Australia: 7-10 business days
• International: 10-14 days

Customers outside Australia: Orders may incur customs fees upon arrival. Check your country's regulations. We are not responsible for these charges.
