Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from OtherWorld Fashion. If you're unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering — we're happy to help you choose the best size.
If you've checked the size chart and your item still isn't the right fit, or you've simply changed your mind, you can return it for:
- Store credit to use towards another purchase
- Exchange for another size, subject to availability
Returned items must meet our return conditions before store credit or an exchange can be issued.

Return & Exchange Rules
- Returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Please keep returned items free from pet hair, makeup, deodorant, perfume and cigarette smoke. We may refuse change-of-mind returns that are not in a resaleable condition.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned for change of mind.
- Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind and sizing returns.
- Sale and promotional items cannot be returned for change of mind.
- These conditions do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
