When do you ship My order?

In stock items are in our Queensland, Australia warehouse and ready for shipping. Dispatched same or next business day from our Brisbane, Australia warehouse.Pre-order items are part of our weekly stock cycle and ship from Brisbane within 5-6 business days of your order.Note: If you purchase an in-stock item and a pre-order item together, they will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

What is the status of my order?

When you order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once shipped, you will also receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress.

I need my clothes this weekend! Can you help me? (only Australia)

For sure, we’ve all been there! We have express shipping available at the checkout, if you order before 11am we can have them shipped on the same day! If your order is super urgent, please send us an email at info@otherworldfashion.com and we will make sure your order is at the top of the pile! Important note: pre-orders and shoes are not included in express shipping eligibility.
